If you’re attending the Career, Care & Connection Summit, this is a space to arrive before everything begins.
Not to prepare perfectly.
Not to “network.”
Just to get a little more grounded, connected, and familiar with the people who will be in the room alongside you.
This informal virtual meet-up is designed to help you ease into the Summit experience, meet a few other attendees, and start thinking about what you want from the week ahead.

What to Expect
A relaxed, low-pressure space to meet other Summit attendees
Light, guided prompts to help you introduce yourself (no awkward intros)
A chance to name what you’re hoping to get out of the Summit
Real conversation with women navigating similar questions around career, care, and what’s next
An opportunity to feel a little more “in the room” before the Summit even begins
You can participate as much or as little as you’d like. Listening is welcome, too.
Looking Ahead
After the Summit, join us again for a deeper, more reflective session with Ashlee Sang on May 20th, where you’ll have space to process what resonated and consider how to carry it forward.
