Explorer Session #4: IP and Corporate Law from the Founder's Perspective

​Explorer Program is hosting a session on IP and corporate law from a founder's perspective, led by Desmond Pink. Rather than a theory-based lecture, Des will share his own experience navigating IP, contracts, and co-founder agreements as a founder, followed by time for Q&A and networking. Doors open at 5:00 PM, with the talk starting at 5:20 PM and wrapping by 6:30 PM. The session is free and open to undergrads, grad students, faculty, staff, and alumni from any faculty, no idea or startup required.
