​About Yuval Ben-Itzhak:
Yuval is a Partner at Evolution Equity Partners, focusing on investments in cybersecurity, enterprise software, cloud, and analytics. Previously, he was the CEO of Socialbakers, a SaaS business with $50M in ARR, which was acquired in 2020. Yuval has also served as CTO at Outbrain (NYSE: OB) and AVG Technologies (NYSE: AVG), where he played a key role in AVG's IPO. Earlier in his career, he was the CTO of Finjan, a cybersecurity firm acquired in 2009. Yuval co-founded KaVaDo, later acquired by Protegrity in 2004, and is credited with inventing the web-application firewall. He has been recognized as one of the top 25 most influential CTOs by InfoWorld, one of the 40 Innovative IT People To Watch by Computerworld, and received the Chief Technology Officer of the Year award from GeekTime in 2017. Yuval holds 26 U.S. patents and is a graduate of Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Israel.
