Immersive Sound Bath - THE LOFT at The Life Centre

​I invite you to a gentle yet deeply rejuvenating and immersive sound journey, designed to help you unwind at the end of the weekend and prepare for the week ahead.

​Through the soothing vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls and soft percussion instruments, you will be guided into a state of deep rest, allowing the body and mind to fully relax and reset.

​This is a space to simply lie down, be held by sound, and reconnect with yourself in a calm and supportive environment.

​Sessions are held in a small group setting, with a maximum of 10 participants to keep the experience more personal and supportive.

​​What to expect:

We begin with a short grounding to help you arrive and settle into the space. You will then lie down comfortably while being guided through a 50-minute sound journey using Himalayan singing bowls and other gentle instruments.

​​The session closes with a short period of rest and integration, allowing the effects of the sound to settle.
