Build your first AI sales workflow with Claude and Zapier
💰 You know this:
A lead that comes in at 6 p.m. often waits until morning for someone to research it, update the CRM, and brief the rep.
At this build-along, we fix that.
You'll build the workflow that does all three the minute the lead arrives, with Claude doing the research and Zapier running it on every lead.
Zapier MCP lets Claude read your inbox, update your CRM, and post to Slack itself, so you'll start by doing it once in a conversation.
Then you'll turn that conversation into a Zap workflow that keeps running after you close your laptop.
You'll leave with it switched on in your own Zapier account.
Expect 90 minutes of building and less than 10 minutes of slides. Zapier Director of Support Kel Kuregi, Claudia Cafeo from the Zapier community & partnerships team and Lamis Mukta, who runs Anthropic's hands-on Claude workshops, will be on the floor to help.
Then the laptops close for food, drinks, and networking with a DJ.
What you'll build
Claude + your leads. Ask Claude to find this week's inbound leads in Gmail or Outlook, research each company, and post a brief for the rep in Slack.
Make it run on its own. Turn that conversation into a Zap workflow, so every new lead is qualified, logged in HubSpot, Salesforce, or a Google Sheet, and briefed in Slack without anyone asking Claude.
Your own. Bring the sales or RevOps task you'd hand off this week, and build it with Zapier and Anthropic experts beside you.
Who it's for
This evening is for RevOps, sales ops, marketing ops, and GTM leaders at companies with 200+ employees. It works best in pairs: the person who builds your workflows and the person who owns the number. Register together and we'll hold a seat for each of you.
Leaders are welcome to build, and just as welcome to watch. Sit beside your builder as the workflow switches on, then join Kel and other London revenue leaders for a roundtable on what your team could hand off next.
Register early: the build has 60 seats, and each one goes to someone from a revenue team, so the person next to you is working on the same problem.
