A morning for people who'd rather ship than sit through another talk.
Doors open at 10am — come in, grab coffee, get settled. By 10.30, we're heads-down and building together, with the host coding live on stream the whole time. No polish, no performance, just the good kind of focused energy you get when everyone in the room is making something. Around 12 noon anyone who wants to can take a few minutes to show what they got to. Hard stop at 12.30pm.

Half-baked is completely fine. If something interesting comes out of the morning, we run Demo Nights every few weeks — a warm, curated evening where a handful of selected builders get to show their work to the wider community. That's where it goes next when it's ready.
