Join us for a vibrant afternoon celebrating community, gratitude, and color! The Hue & You Color Walk blends movement, mindfulness, and connection — inviting you to slow down, take in the hues of fall, and enjoy intentional moments with others.
We’ll meet at E+ROSE Wellness Café in the Old Fourth Ward to enjoy custom smoothies and superfood bowls (with 10% off!) before heading out for a 1.5-mile color walk. Expect fall photo opps, great conversation, and time to breathe and be present.
In the spirit of Friendsgiving, we’re giving back to those impacted by the loss of SNAP benefits — please bring a non-perishable food item to donate. Your small act of kindness helps support families in need within our community.
Bring your camera (or your phone!) — this is also a creative experience, offering beautiful photo opportunities to capture the fall colors, your reflections, and new connections.
