Paint a Cake | Oil Painting Workshop

An evening of rich colors, buttery brushstrokes, and cake-inspired painting.

Learn to turn a photo reference into an expressive oil painting. We’ll mix a palette of light, midtone, and dark colors, then use broad brushstrokes to build volume and capture the texture of frosting and fruit.

Each participant will work from their own cake reference, with step-by-step demonstrations and individual guidance. You’ll create your own cake painting to take home.

All materials and reference images are included. Beginners welcome and if you’ve painted with me before, come explore a new technique!
