Module 1 VASP Due Diligence and Compliance Strategy
Advanced red flag indicator, mixers, darknet exposure, and dormancy breaks;
Legal structures, ownership, and the robustness of AML frameworks for institutional due diligence;
Continuous monitoring and adapting to adverse regulatory developments.
Module 2 Practical Blockchain Forensics and Investigations
Identifying and assessing the role of OTC services in illicit fund flows;
Cross-chain forensics, the "Chain Hopping" challenges, tracing funds through bridges and DeFi swaps;
Combining blockchain data with Open-Source Intelligence to identify the source and destination of funds.
All participants will be provided with a temporary Crystal license for the duration of the training to access the software and work through live cases alongside instructors.
