ROLLER ZOKU
Following last year’s exhibition, Roller Zoku returns with a new chapter by Alvin Kean Wong.
Roller Zoku – A Photographic Journey into Tokyo’s Rock and Roll Tribe challenges the conventional image of Asian culture through a striking look at Japan’s Rockabilly subculture — a community shaped by music, style, and a deep sense of identity.
Alongside the photographic work, the exhibition presents a documentary film developed over the past year — offering a more intimate look into the lives, rituals, and movement behind the images.
For this special evening Johnny and members of Roller Zoku travel from Japan for a live performance.
A night of music, movement, and the stories that continue to unfold.
