This year we’re bringing Northern Mindanao to the forefront of regional innovation under the global theme “Build, Secure, Scale: Developers and Builders in the Agentic Era.” Learn how development is moving from writing code to reviewing it, orchestrating autonomous AI agents, and giving non-traditional builders the power to create real solutions.

​Before the main event, join a multi-week AI buildathon across Northern Mindanao focused on rapid MVP development. Pick one of three tracks:

• ​AI & Agentic Systems: Gemini-powered apps, generative AI workflows, and intelligent automation tools.

• ​Community Impact: Solutions for regional challenges in agriculture, climate, public services, and local administration.

• ​Modern Web & Cloud: High-performance web, mobile, and cloud solutions using Flutter and Firebase.

• ​1 November 2026: Buildathon applications close at 11:59 PM

• ​7 November 2026: Bukidnon Stop (in-person), 1:00 – 5:00 PM at Northern Bukidnon State College

• ​14 November 2026: Iligan Stop (in-person), 1:00 – 5:00 PM at MSU – Iligan Institute of Technology

• ​15 November 2026: Cagayan de Oro Stop (virtual), 1:00 – 5:00 PM

• ​15–20 November 2026: Finalist Rapid MVP Build Sprint

• ​21 November 2026: Live Pitch Finale at DevFest 2026
