Why This Program

Led by practitioners and researchers from NTU Singapore and the broader quantum ecosystem, this program bridges cutting-edge research with real-world deployment. Participants gain both technical intuition and strategic clarity—particularly on how quantum technologies will impact cybersecurity and enterprise systems.

Trainer Profiles

The program features trainers with experience spanning research, applied engineering, and commercialisation in quantum technologies and cyber security. Following is the list of trainers involved in the program:

· Dr. Prasanna Ravi - Prasanna Ravi is Co‑founder and CEO of PQStation, a Singapore‑based deep‑tech company focused on quantum‑safe migration, and holds a PhD in post‑quantum cryptography from Nanyang Technological University. He has led research and industry collaborations on post‑quantum cryptography, hardware implementation security, and large‑scale migration frameworks, including co‑authoring an industry whitepaper on quantum‑safe migration with Mastercard.

· Dr. Shivam Bhasin - Shivam Bhasin is a Principal Research Scientist at Temasek Labs, NTU, where he leads the PACE group on hardware security and applied cryptography. His work focuses on side‑channel and fault‑injection attacks, secure FPGA design, and lightweight primitives for real‑world systems. He has over a decade of experience working with academia and industry in securing critical embedded and cryptographic hardware, and has published extensively in top security venues.

· Dr. Martianus Frederic Ezerman - Martianus Frederic Ezerman (“Fred”) is a Director at PQStation and Adjunct Assistant Professor at NTU, working at the intersection of cryptography, coding theory, and quantum information. His research spans quantum‑secure cryptography, quantum and classical error‑correcting codes, and holographic data representations. Fred has advised agencies and enterprises on large‑scale data protection and quantum‑safe cryptography since 2013, and is a frequent invited lecturer on quantum algorithms and post‑quantum security.

· Aarav Varshney - Aarav Varshney is the Co‑founder and CTO of PQStation, an NTU spinoff focused on quantum-safe security, and a researcher at Nanyang Technological University working in applied cryptography and post-quantum systems. He has helped develop and deliver quantum-secure products for banks and government agencies, bringing practical, hands-on experience in building real-world quantum-safe systems into the programme.

· Dr. Suman Dutta - Suman Dutta is a researcher with PhD in quantum computing, whose work focuses on quantum algorithms and the design and optimisation of quantum circuits, particularly for Boolean functions and arithmetic. His research spans topics such as Grover-based quantum cryptanalysis, space–depth trade-offs in Toffoli-based circuits, and efficient quantum multipliers, bringing strong theoretical and algorithmic depth to the programme.

· Dr. Siyi Wang - Siyi Wang is a researcher in quantum computing with a PhD from NTU’s College of Computing & Data Science specialising in quantum computing and quantum cryptography. Her award-winning research spans quantum arithmetic circuits and security of quantum cloud platforms, including Best Paper and Best Poster awards at leading international conferences.
