Please join us for a wonderful presentation and networking!
A Closer Look at Motivation for More Sustainable Behavior Change
Not all motivation is created equal, and differences in motivation quality matter when trying to create sustainable behavior change. This workshop uses Self-Determination Theory as a lens to explore the nuances of motivation and to apply this deeper understanding within common behavioral science frameworks. Participants will brainstorm and design interventions targeting the motivational patterns most likely to lead to burnout.
