Walking with Shadows
"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate." -Carl Jung
So much of what runs our lives is just out of sight. Art and nature both have a way of making the unseen seen, pulling what's quietly steering us up into the open where we can actually meet it.
This Halloween, when the veil runs thin, spend two hours in the forest doing exactly that. No experience needed, in the woods or on the page.
🌀 WHAT TO EXPECT:
A wander with your shadow, letting nature reflect back the seen and unseen
Art making to let the unconscious show itself on the page
A slow walk to settle what came up and ground
🌀 WHAT YOU NEED:
Just yourself, layers for the weather, and water. All art supplies provided.
Soften the edges and feel more like you again.
