Opening & Gratitude (10 mins): A Transmutarian ritual. We share one thing we bring and one thing we need. This creates a map of the room rooted in gratitude.
Generative Discussion (50 mins): Our monthly theme explored through stories of care, logic, and system design.
Structured Exchange (25 mins): Small group pairing based on the needs and gifts shared in the opening.
Closing (5 mins): We share what we are carrying forward into our week.

Remain until 3:00 PM if you desire. We invite our participants to stay for quiet co-working or deeper conversation. This is a space to ground your ideas into your current projects.
