Founders Luncheon | Women in Tech WNY 2026
A curated pre-conference experience for female founders, hosted by University at Buffalo Cultivator.
The Women in Tech WNY Founders Lounge is a curated pre-conference experience for women and non-binary founders (and allies) designed to spotlight UB BEP and UB Cultivator as go-to resources for venture-scale builders in Western New York. In an intimate, conversation-first setting, founders will connect with each other, UB program teams, and regional partners ahead of the main Women in Tech conference, with a focus on building relationships that translate into ongoing support, warm introductions, and program engagement.
Event Format & Timing
11:30–11:45 AM: Check-in and informal mingling in the M&T Clubhouse Founders Lounge
11:45 a.m.–12:30 PM: Buffet-style lunch and networking with founders, BEP/WIN teams, and partners
12:30–12:35 PM: Brief UB welcome remarks and how-to-engage overview
12:35–1:00 PM: Continued networking and transition to the Women in Tech WNY main program at Seneca One
All female and non-binary founders are encouraged to attend, and male allies are welcome to join to support an inclusive, well-connected founder community.
