Kōkūn Conversations: Migraine and the Holidays (Thanksgiving Edition)
Migraine and the Holidays (Thanksgiving Edition)
Thanksgiving can bring connection and joy, but it can also mean sensory overload, disrupted routines, travel stress, and more. Family dynamics can add another layer, sometimes leading to misunderstanding or added strain.
Please join us for a private, candid roundtable hosted by Kōkūn, a nonprofit reimagining how we understand and support invisible health conditions like migraine.
Held in a trusted circle of individuals whose wellbeing and daily lives have been shaped by migraine, this session offers space for honest conversation about navigating Thanksgiving.
Together, we’ll explore what helps and what hurts during this time of year, from sensory triggers and travel fatigue to food, boundaries, and rest.
This 60-minute virtual session will be limited to 10 participants and will include:
Brief context-setting on Kōkūn, migraine, and navigating Thanksgiving
Space for reflection and connection
Collective ideas for care, boundaries, and balance
Come as you are. Speak freely. Leave with practical insights
