Navigating What´s Next - Career, Tech, Community
AI is reshaping roles, industries, and the skills we need. Careers are becoming less linear. As the way we work evolves, so does how we think about ambition, progression, leadership, and community.
Black Women in Tech DACH invites you to an evening in Berlin to explore what it means to navigate all of this—together.
Join us at SAP Berlin for an evening of thoughtful conversations, honest perspectives, and the opportunity to connect with women navigating their own version of “what’s next.”
What to expect

Candid perspectives on career progression, transitions, leadership and navigating change in the age of AI.

✨ Community & connection
Because career conversations don't have to end when the formal programme does. Stay, connect, exchange ideas and enjoy the evening with the community.
🎶 Music & entertainment
We’re ending the evening with good energy, music and space to simply enjoy being together.
Why we're bringing the community together
This evening is an opportunity to have the conversations that often don't happen in formal professional settings:
What does career progression look like when the rules of work are changing?
What does AI mean for the careers we're building?
How do we think about ambition and work-life balance at different stages of our careers?
What can we learn from women who have already navigated some of these transitions?
And how can we build stronger professional communities as we navigate what's next?
Who is this for?
This event is primarily designed for mid-to-senior professionals in tech and related fields. Whether you're considering your next move, leading through change, building something new, or simply looking to connect with women who understand the journey — there is a place for you in the room.
