Ruth Shah is Head of Bayer Co.Lab Berlin, a global incubator network supporting biopharma startups with labs, infrastructure, and expert access to help founders turn ideas into innovations. In 2025, she was named one of Berlin’s Top 40 under 40 for her impact on innovation and the economy. Previously, she led Bayer’s strategic initiatives in gene editing.
