About Event

A premium summer evening on careers, hiring, AI, and the new rules of work

AI is not only changing tools. It is changing who gets hired, who stays valuable, who gets trusted, and who gets invited into the right rooms. For founders, operators, and professionals, the question is no longer just “How do I keep up?” The better question is: “How do I make better moves while the market is changing?”

On June 11, we are bringing a carefully selected group of 30 attendees together on the terrace of Design Hotel Neruda, in the heart of Prague, for an evening of real conversations, good food, practical insight, and focused access to people who can help you think more clearly. This is not built as a large conference. It is built as a high-quality room — small enough for real conversations, useful enough to leave with direction, and personal enough to meet people you may actually want to follow up with.

What makes this evening different

Each attendee will be able to pre-book up to 4 focused 1:1 mentor conversations with mentors of their choice, based on the topics most relevant to them and mentor availability. Come with the questions you are carrying right now, choose the mentors that fit your situation, and leave with clearer next steps for your career, business, leadership, health, relationships, or life design.

Fireside chat with Ondřej Illek, Co-founder & COO at Finlay

We’ll start with a fireside chat with Ondřej Illek, Co-founder & COO at Finlay, where we’ll look at what is really happening in the tech hiring market, how AI is changing roles, and what helps people stand out today from both a candidate and company perspective. We’ll explore what companies are looking for now, what makes someone valuable beyond a job title, how founders can think about talent differently, and what professionals can focus on while the market keeps shifting.

More speakers will be announced step by step.

Mentor conversations designed around the 5 Types of Wealth

During the evening, attendees will be able to pre-book focused 1:1 conversations with mentors connected to the 5 Types of Wealth:

Time Wealth — Better use of your time and attention.
Social Wealth — Stronger relationships and a more meaningful network.
Mental Wealth — More clarity, focus, and better decisions.
Physical Wealth — Better energy, health, and habits.
Financial Wealth — Smarter choices around income, savings, and stability.

Mentors can also support conversations around career decisions, hiring, business, leadership, fundraising, go-to-market, and navigating change in the age of AI.

Confirmed mentors

Khushboo Arora — Supports founders with fundraising strategy, business models, brand positioning, product-market fit, and go-to-market decisions.

David Papa — Helps leaders and teams bring more clarity, humanity, humor, and presence into complex environments. He has supported teams at companies including Zapier, Peloton, and Maersk.

More mentors will be announced soon.

Who this is for

Founders and operators building teams — People hiring, shaping culture, and adapting to new expectations in the market.

Solopreneurs and consultants — People building their own path, growing their reputation, and making sharper decisions about clients, offers, and positioning.

Tech professionals thinking about their next move — People who want to stand out, grow, and make better career decisions.

Product, design, business, and engineering people — Professionals who want to stay relevant as AI changes how work gets done.

People curious about AI and the future of work — People looking for practical ideas they can apply to real decisions.

Anyone who wants to build a richer life beyond work — People who want better use of time, energy, relationships, and money.

Who this is not for

This evening is not for everyone.

It is probably not the right fit if you are looking for a large conference, a loud networking event, or a room where people only exchange business cards and move on.

It is also not for people who only want to listen passively and leave. The value of this evening comes from showing up with real questions, joining the conversations, meeting people with intention, and using the mentor access to think more clearly about your next moves.

This is for people who want a more thoughtful room — one where careers, hiring, AI, business, leadership, and life decisions can be discussed in a real and useful way.

The value of your ticket

Your ticket gives you access to a carefully selected room, practical conversations, and mentors who can help you think more clearly while the market is changing.

It includes a focused fireside chat, food and drinks on the Hotel Neruda terrace, a room of founders and professionals, and the chance to pre-book up to 4 focused 1:1 mentor conversations connected to your own questions.

You can arrive with the questions you are carrying now — about your career, business, leadership, health, relationships, or life design — and leave with clearer next steps.

That is the real value of this summer edition: not just what you hear, but who you meet, what you ask, and what you decide next.
