🤩 About our Guest Speakers:
Michelle is a healthcare investor at Wavemaker 360. Previously, she was an operator across seed to growth and late-stage venture-backed startups, where she helped launch new businesses and grow existing business lines while navigating hypergrowth. She began her career in healthcare banking, where she's supported dozens of transactions raising over $10bn in aggregate funding. Michelle has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago.

About the organisers
Bailey Morgan is a healthtech leader who blends clinical expertise with business strategy to drive healthcare innovation and growth. A former speech-language pathologist, she has helped raise over $10 million in capital, led go-to-market teams across SaaS and CPG companies, and closed more than $2 million in technology sales. As Chief of Staff at Groth Pain & Spine, she leads change management and technology integration across a growing provider network, while also advising healthcare technology companies and serving as Director and Treasurer of a nonprofit supporting individuals living with dementia and their caregivers.
Perrin Joel is the Founder of HealthTechQuity and Client Solutions Director at BioTalent, a global Life Science staffing firm. Her experience is specialized in the digital health space, and she enjoys building community and connecting people in the space.
Alex Koshykov is a co-founder of BeKey and a digital health expert who constantly shares news, introduces promising technologies, and promotes secure software & hardware for the healthcare industry on his YouTube channel. Additionally to that, he is a co-founder of YODD, a medical device startup.
