Capital Meets Climate: Investing in the Energy Transition
Tuesday, 5 May 2026 | 08:30–12:00 | near Zürich HB
Part of Climate Week Zurich 2026
The energy transition is one of the largest capital reallocation events of our generation.
The opportunity is real. One of the key bottlenecks is language.
Sustainability teams speak in impact frameworks. Capital markets speak in risk-adjusted returns. Until those two worlds can speak to each other clearly, capital will not move at the speed the transition demands.
This session is designed for those who sit at that intersection and who are tired of conferences that generate noise, but not momentum.
Is this for you?
This session is curated for:
Institutional and private investors active in, or exploring, the energy transition
Project developers seeking capital-ready partnerships
Corporates navigating net-zero and real transition commitments with investment implications
Senior specialists looking for a serious, high-trust ecosystem
Places are limited. The organiser reserves the right to curate attendance.
What we will cover:
How capital markets and energy transition frameworks can be aligned around shared investment criteria

What participants say about Kapnest events
“Exceptionally well curated. A thoughtful, high-calibre group — the depth of discussion and quality of exchange were rare.”
“The workshop was very enriching and well organised. Adelina is very competent and was able to convey the market and regulatory framework in a clear and interactive way. The following presentations on diverse and compelling projects completed the workshop pragmatically. I enjoyed it very much.”
Kapnest is becoming a go-to platform at the intersection of climate finance and capital markets. Across events, participants consistently leave with three things: knowledge they can use, connections that matter, and concrete business opportunities initiated in the room.
