DC ~ Women in Recruiting Lunch & Learn
Join the DC Metro Chapter of Talent Collective DC for lunch, networking and a discussion with Rachel Saathoff, Founder of Break the Norm Leadership. She will challenge the idea of perfect balance and replaces it with something more realistic: intentionality. Participants will identify what is consuming their time and energy, determine what actually deserves their capacity, recognize where a boundary is needed, and practice communicating that boundary in a way that can survive real-world pushback.
