​Crunch & Brunch (@crunch.n.brunch) hosts events that combine fitness, food, and making new friends in Seattle. Our mission is all about connection: creating welcoming spaces to explore different forms of movement, discover wellness brands, and be part of a community that fosters joy, personal growth, and well-being.

​The Finerie (@the_finerie) boutique in downtown Seattle features designer clothing for both women and men. It is female-owned by Tanya Friberg, who has lived and worked internationally and in New York. The Finerie's style consultants passion for fashion shines and they also offer personalized styling & fashion tips!
