

Eras Yoga
Class Overview:
Join us for a 45-minute signature Eras yoga flow focusing on mind and body alignment. Learn to listen to yourself as you find your strength and build a foundation of mobility, balance, and presence. All levels of experience are welcome to grown in your awareness of your own body and being. This class will be instructive and intentional as you're guided through a progressive sequence of intentional movement and purposeful poses.
About the Instructor:
Morgan Scholz is certified through Yoga Alliance and has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 5 years. Her classes are tailored to each environment and are designed to create a welcoming, inclusive, and empowering introduction or deepening of an individual's yoga practice. Instruction is focused on safety and strength, and while each flow involves elements of breathwork, meditation, and presence, there is are no religious or spiritual elements. Outside of teaching yoga, Morgan is a 10+ year HR professional dedicated to fostering personal and professional balance and wellbeing.
