Deanna Brousseau is the Director of People & Talent at AltaML, a local Edmonton AI-focused consulting firm. She is all about People & Talent, advocating for an equitable, elevated, and fun recruitment experience at each stage of the candidate journey. Specifically, she highly prioritizes leading with empathy, and attracting, retaining, and elevating incredible humans that are excited about making an impact with artificial intelligence. 💻

👤 Erika Bruneau
Erika Bruneau is a Human Resources Business Partner with the People & Culture team at Amii. She has experience across a variety of industries, including airlines, non-profit organizations, oil and gas, and banking.
Erika earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Human Resources and a Paralegal Diploma from MacEwan University. In her free time, she enjoys adventures, travelling, yoga, music, spending time with the humans she loves, and experiencing new things.

This panel with experienced HR professionals will focus on the use of AI in HR and the hiring process, as well as offer insights into hiring at local Edmonton companies and AI-focused businesses. Moreover, attendees have the opportunity to connect with and chat with experienced recruiters!
