Amsterdam Parent Project

The Singing Families circle is a warm, supportive space where the whole family can gather to breathe, sing, and find a sense of community. Guided by a postpartum doula, it's about grounding ourselves in (newfound) parenthood and the village around us.

No singing experience is required! We learn simple songs on the spot and let our voices come together.

This event is led by postpartum expert Danielle Bensky as part of the First Year Program.
