Shaped by insights from previous cohorts and your own lived experience so far, this session is all about practical takeaways, honest conversation, and peer support.

Peer support and idea-sharing in a safe, collaborative space
Practical tips to strengthen your mentoring for the months ahead
Reflection on your experience so far and refining your approach
Why this session matters
Mentoring relationships evolve over time and the mid-point is a valuable opportunity to step back and reset.
By coming together as a group, we’re able to learn from each other’s experiences, build confidence in how we’re showing up, and ensure the second half of the programme is as impactful as possible.
This is where individual experiences become shared learning, helping us build a stronger, more connected mentoring community.
