Inside Out: Fintech x Crypto

Crypto is moving from a parallel industry to an established layer of financial infrastructure. Stablecoins move money across borders in minutes, tokenised funds and gold can be accessed from any wallet, and onchain vaults increasingly perform functions traditionally handled by fund administrators, transfer agents and custodians.

Crypto is becoming fintech, powering everyday use cases around the world. Yet most consumers rarely think about blockchain or the companies building on it. Meanwhile, regulated financial institutions and crypto builders still operate in separate worlds.

Inside Out brings them into the same room for an open conversation. Following its first edition in September at the Lisbon Ethereum Hub, where two fintech leaders shared their perspectives on Ethereum, the series now moves to Fintech House, at the heart of Lisbon’s fintech ecosystem.
