About Event

If you've run Liberating Structures online, you know the tax: someone has to open and close breakout rooms on cue, push the prompt into every room, watch the clock, and relay the host's voice across rooms you can't be in at once. Usually that's a co-host, a producer, or you — split four ways.

Weave is a facilitation tool built to carry that load. Think of it as "Programmable Zoom". You define a string as a simple script, and Weave runs the choreography: main room → prompt → breakout → reconvene, as many passes as your design calls for. It routes people into rooms on time, puts the prompt in front of every group, holds the timebox, and lets you broadcast into all breakouts at once — without hopping between them. When you close, it hands you a structured synthesis of what was said, where the group aligned, and what stayed open.

Unlike in Zoom, Teams, or Meet, breakout rooms can be recorded, transcribed, and included in the full meeting summary.

No second pair of hands required. Just the string, so you can focus on the people.

With the 2026 Liberating Structures Fieldbook out and the repertoire now at 43, we're all revisiting how we run this work — a good moment to rethink the tooling too.

This is early, and that's the point: I want experienced LS facilitators to shape the design. Come see it run, tell me where it breaks, and help decide what it should become.

For: Experienced LS facilitators, coaches, and orchestrators. Bring: A string you love — and your sharpest critique. We'll run one live.
