​Mr Park is Regional Director of KOSME’s Northeast Asia & ASEAN Headquarters, where he leads efforts to support the international growth and market expansion of Korean SMEs and startups across the region. Drawing on extensive leadership experience across KOSME in Korea and overseas, his work spans SME development, global business expansion, and cross-border market support, with a focus on helping Korean companies build sustainable pathways into international markets.

​Sze Hern Khoo — Senior Manager, IMDA

​Sze Hern is Senior Manager at IMDA, where he works at the intersection of Singapore’s public-sector innovation agenda and the global technology startup ecosystem. He identifies and evaluates high-growth technology companies, supports their commercialisation and international expansion, and builds partnerships with leading investors, accelerators, and ecosystem organisations across markets including China, Israel, Finland, and Estonia. His work spans AI, cybersecurity, data infrastructure, robotics, and IoT, with a focus on helping promising companies translate technical innovation into credible market traction and global growth.
