Punk Rope Games XXI
WHAT
The Punk Rope Games are a fun and friendly competition for people of all ages and abilities. Costumes are encouraged. Think about a cross between a field day and Mardi Gras.
Teams consist of 3 to 5 players.
For individual events, all players are welcome to compete…if they want to.
For partner events, each team may have a maximum of two (2) entries.
For team events, all players on each team will participate unless they are physically unable. The one exception is the long rope event which requires only three (3) players.
The Games will be followed by an awards ceremony with pizza from Pops and NA beer by Atmosphere.
If you’re registering a team, please email us the names and email addresses of your teammates.

EVENTS
1) Team procession (up to 1 minute; team event): To receive the maximum number of points (9), you must submit a song, perform a simple routine (with or without jumping), and wear a simple costume such as matching socks or t-shirts.
2) Swing swing jump (1 minute; individual event)
3) Yoga blocks to the sky (1 minute; team event): teams compete to create the tallest yoga block structure.
4) Backwards turning (1 minute; individual event)
5) Dreidel spin: this is a timed individual event. The longest spin wins.
6) Me First You First partner jump (1 minute; partner event)
7) Crossing (1 minute; individual event)
8) Rubber chicken relay race (1 minute; team event)
9) Long rope trading handles (1 minute; team event)
WAIVER
By registering, I acknowledge the risks Punk Rope presents to my musculoskeletal and cardiovascular systems. I certify I am not pregnant and have no medical conditions, which will increase my risk of injury or illness by participating in Punk Rope. I understand that I may injure myself as a result of my participation in Punk Rope and I hereby release Punk Rope, Inc. and its principals, agents, and contractors from any liability now or in the future including, but not limited to, heart attacks, muscle strains, pulls, or tears, broken bones, shin splints, heat prostration, injuries to the knees, lower back, or feet, and any other illness, soreness, or injury, however caused, occurring, during, or after my participation in the Punk Rope Games.
