​EVENT RUNDOWN

​I · SOLO BUILD (20 min)
Prompt your idea into a working app with Lovable. Rough is fine. Ugly is fine. It just needs to be real enough to react to.

II · SPEED-DATING EXCHANGE I (20 min)
Find 4 different people. Each session only 5 minutes: 2 minutes to pitch, 3 minutes of feedback.
4 rotations, 4 perspectives, 4 directions to explore.

III · BACK TO BUILDING: RE-ITERATION (20 min)
Take the feedback that makes sense. Leave out the noise.
Kill what didn't survive. Rebuild v2 while all is fresh and you have time and Lovable credits at hand.

​IV · SPEED-DATING EXCHANGE II (20 min)
Pitch v2 to 4 new people and find out whether it actually got better, or whether you're still explaining the same thing.

​V · COCKTAIL & MINGLE
Go show v2 to your original group. Go talk to people who you saw had great demos. This is where the real conversations happen!
