Creative Ecosystem Workshop
How can we stay well, energised and creatively engaged in a changing world?
In this two-hour interactive workshop, Emmi Salonen (@StudioEmmi) introduces the Creative Ecosystem, a practical framework for supporting creative wellbeing by balancing what we produce with what replenishes us.
Through reflection, exercises and conversations in pairs and small groups, you will explore what supports and drains your creative energy, where inspiration and recharge come from, and what small shifts could make your creative life more sustainable.
You will leave with a clearer picture of your own creative wellbeing, practical tools for strengthening energy and inspiration, and concrete ideas you can put into practice straight away.
