About Event
A simulation-driven program designed for women to build real deal judgment under pressure. Over five immersive days, participants navigate complex transactions, boardroom dynamics, and high-stakes decision-making in a realistic deal environment.
Program fees are fully funded (valued at $10,000 CAD), thanks to the Women’s Entrepreneurship Strategy (WES).
Application requirements:
• Must be a current CVCA member
• Must provide a letter of support from a manager
• Travel and accommodation for the in-person sessions are not included
