​Demand for product engineers has surged while the role did not exist 2 years ago.

​​Collapsing PM+eng+designer roles lets startups and scaleups move super fast. With more and more LLMs in the development workflow, product engineers can accelerate without any syncs/meetings/overhead.

• ​​18:30–19:30 – Talks: 2-3 teams showcase in how they run product engineering end-to-end + lot's of time for q&a + time for multiple 5 min audience lightning talks (please indicate whether you want to present when signing up)

• ​​19:30–20:30 – Getting to know each other, drinks provided

• ​20:30 onwards – Optional, have dinner in smaller groups around Freiheit. Organize it yourself if you want to continue the conversation.
