About Event

Please note: this is an in-person event.

A belated welcome to 2026 everyone! We're excited to get the gang back together again and resume Sydney Tech Leaders 🎉

Topic

We're gathering in March to plan how to grow our teams and organisations! Join us to explore how to think about organisation design, team capabilities and plan for 2026 and beyond!

Speakers

We have three fantastic speakers to share their experience & wisdom!

Jody Podbury, Software Engineering & Delivery Leader
Steve Gilles, Founder & Technical Recruiter @ Lookahead
Nelly Sattari, Senior Engineering Leader @ Atlassian

Talks run for 10-15 minutes, with our speakers forming a panel for Q&A afterwards.

Where and when?

Please join us from 5:30pm for a 6pm start! We're usually finished by 8pm.

Atlassian,
Level 6, 341 George Street, Sydney
(Enter from the side on Wynyard street and use the lifts at the back of the foyer to head up to Level 6.)

Massive thank you to Atlassian for both hosting us AND providing food and drinks! 🍕
