​Do I need to attend my session live?
Yes, we strongly recommend attending live where possible, as the session sets expectations and context for the programme.

​Is this training or networking?
These are training and onboarding sessions, focused on giving you the tools and confidence to start your mentoring relationship well.

​Will mentors and mentees attend together?
No, mentors and mentees have separate sessions tailored to their role in the programme.

​What if I can’t attend?
If you have a genuine conflict, please register anyway as a recording and summary will be shared after.

​Is this the first session with my mentoring match?
No, you are able to schedule that independently once you're introduced by email on Monday 25th May.

​Can I still apply if I’m reading this before applying?
