Launch Live: Build a Mobile Web App

​Have an app idea you've been wanting to bring to life? In this hands-on session, you'll use AI-assisted coding to build and launch a Progressive Web App (PWA) that works like a mobile app without requiring a traditional app-store launch.

​We'll walk through the process of taking an idea from concept to a functional mobile experience, using AI to help write, refine, troubleshoot, and improve the code along the way. You'll learn how to work with AI as a development partner while building something you can actually use, test, and launch.

​Led by a software engineer, certified PWA developer, and MS Data Science professional specializing in Machine Learning.

​You'll use AI-assisted coding to build and launch a functional Progressive Web App with guided instruction and real-time support. We'll cover the fundamentals of PWA development, app structure, user experience, mobile responsiveness, testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and launching your finished product.

​Claude Pro is required for this session. Attendees will use Claude throughout the session to assist with coding and development.

​An Office Hour will be available exclusively for attendees before the live session to help you get Claude Code ready, your development environment, accounts, and other necessary tools set up and ready to go.

​This allows us to spend the live session building instead of troubleshooting setup issues.

​You do not need to be an experienced developer to participate. Bring an idea, a problem you want to solve, or simply a willingness to learn how AI can help you build and launch a real digital product. This will be a small session for productivity.
