Women’s History Month Yoga Flow & Sound Bath
Happy Women's History Month!
Join us for an intentional morning celebrating women’s history month through mindful movement, sound, and creativity. Whether it's your first class or you're a seasoned yoga practitioner, this class is for you! Led by certified Yoga teacher and plant educator Samantha Martins, you’ll be guided through breath work and meditation, a Vinyasa flow style practice, and a deep sound bath to harmonize mind, body, and spirit.
After feeling blissed out and inspired, you’ll move over to our craft table to make your own bedazzled roach clips courtesy of our sponsor, Ravensview Genetics, a woman-owned and led micro based in the Catskills rooted in a holistic approach. The DIY Roach Clip pop-up encourages stoners from all walks of life to honor old-school traditions and tools and get creative! Ravens View Genetics has brought back the old-school tool for you to personally customize with beads and enjoy with your RVG j ;)
