​This 50 minute​ Strength Pilates class is c​o-hosted by Fireside Pilates and Par Banya. Your ticket includes the Pilates class and €10 off your Banya session at Par (normally €70) - redeemable the same day or any time before October 31st.

​A banya session includes ​3​ hours of spa: banya (sauna), hammam, cold plunge, relaxation lounge, and good vibes.

​Important: Par has a single shared changing and bathing area. This event falls on a women’s-only day. Because of this, the full event will be open to women only.
