​How can high-integrity nature credits complement public, concessional and philanthropic finance for ocean protection and restoration, without displacing government responsibility or becoming a license to offset?

​Join IAPB and the Development Bank for Resilient Prosperity (The Nature Bank) for a moderated panel on financing marine protection in SIDS and other vulnerable coastal economies. We’ll explore how marine protected areas, mangroves, seagrass, coral reefs and sustainable fisheries can be structured as connected investment portfolios, and what credible measurement, sovereign oversight and equitable benefit-sharing require in practice.
