Grace Yung Foster MBA is the Founder of The Inclusion Initiative, a company dedicated to changing the future of work for Adoptees, Fosters (those who experienced foster care), and their allies.

With more than 15 years as a leader in the corporate and nonprofit sectors, she now is leading national narrative change about who's included in the world of work, elevating the often invisible professionals in our workplaces.
