About Event
This class blends yoga, mindfulness, and functional movement to help you connect with your changing body, feel strong, and stay grounded. Whether you’re pregnant or postpartum, you’ll be guided through safe, supportive movements that can ease common aches like sore hips or low back pain. At the start of class, you’ll have the chance to share requests, so the session meets you where you are. Afterward, stay for a Q&A with your guide and Occupational Therapist Blair Herring — an opportunity to ask about your changing body, baby’s development, routines, or anything on your mind.
