Liz Hogarth is an Internal Communication and Engagement Consultant at Workvivo by Zoom. At Workvivo, Liz Hogarth helps global organizations turn their engagement, communication, and culture strategies into digital experiences that build genuine connection and clarity. With nearly 20 years of experience, her background in facilitation, design thinking, and organizational development informs a people‑first approach to transformation.

Liz’s philosophy is shaped by her genuine curiosity about what truly matters to employees in their day‑to‑day experiences and informed by her work with organizations spanning manufacturing, retail, insurance, finance, and rare disease pharma. She bridges strategy and employee experience, helping culture come alive with creativity and authenticity in a digital world. Outside of work, you’ll often find her hiking or outdoors, recharging through curiosity and connection.

Miguel Oliveira is the Head of Opportunity & Belonging for All at Danone. Originally from Brazil, he is a psychologist by training and a certified coach with nearly 20 years of experience across multiple HR disciplines at the local, regional, and global levels.

Miguel focuses on translating business needs into people‑centered solutions grounded in strong relationships, a holistic mindset, and deep understanding of culture and organizational effectiveness. He is passionate about leadership development, building inclusive environments, promoting belonging, and shaping systems that bring out the best in people. When not working, Miguel can be found hosting Leadership TrailMix, a podcast he created as a passion project, that focuses on supporting people leaders across the world to be better versions of themselves for those they lead and to whoever they cross paths with.

Shea Sullivan, SCMP®, is the CEO & Founder of Comms at Work, an internal communications consultancy that helps companies connect with their workforces in creative and data-driven ways that elevate performance, manage change and risk, and foster safety cultures. She also performs comprehensive audits to help organizations gauge their current state, identify gaps and opportunities, and develop actionable communication programs. Her recent projects have won IABC Houston Bronze Quill Awards of Excellence and Best of Division in Communication Research.

A proud “TV news quitter,” Shea has 28 years in corporate communications and media, including 11 years with engineering and construction giant Bechtel and five years as a consultant. She is a certified Strategic Communication Management Professional (SCMP®) and holds an MBA from the University of Tulsa and a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Texas. She is the immediate past president of IABC Houston and a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals, Women's Energy Network, and the Longhorn Business Network for University of Texas alumni entrepreneurs. She is based in Houston, Texas.
