​Building a restorative ocean community programme requires clarity of vision, strategic depth, and the ability to bring donors, partners, and collaborators on the journey with you. This workshop walks nonprofit directors/leaders through the necessary mindset shift to lead their organisation away from “do less harm” and into “build something beautiful”—that’s regenerative leadership.

​You will learn what a Restorative Ocean Community (ROC) is, from the polyculture underwater garden to the wealth of possible paths it offers that revive cultural heritage and local livelihoods; and be guided through a comprehensive framework—from visioning and programme pillars to stakeholder engagement and fundraising — to develop a program tailored specifically to the needs and context of your organisation and the communities you serve.
