We're building Realize, a social sanctuary where your spiritual practice and the life you love meet. We believe technology should be designed not to capture your attention, but to return you to yourself. We have Silicon Valley VC behind us, ambitious growth goals, and every intention of building a wildly successful company. And we want to prove we can do it differently than the Silicon Valley norm of hustle, burnout, and grind.
Creation itself has always had a deeper intelligence to it. You can see it in how nature grows — not by force, but through cycles of planting, tending, pruning, and trusting. We believe the best companies are built the same way. When founders build in alignment with that deeper intelligence, through intuition, presence, flow, and direct connection to something larger than the metrics, they don't just build better. They build beautifully.
This experience is designed to be unlike anything you've attended at a tech event. You'll arrive into a question, not a keynote. You'll eat together, think together, and wrestle with the real tensions every ambitious founder carries: ambition and surrender, speed and patience, metrics and intuition, hustle and presence. You'll be in a room with other founders asking the same questions. And you'll leave with something real: a new lens, a new practice, one thing you're going to do differently starting tomorrow, and a full year of Realize — on us.
The location is intentional. Waikiki Leia sits at the foot of Diamond Head, surrounded by gardens, a waterfall, and natural beauty that puts you in flow before the conversation even begins. We'll start inside over lunch and end outside on the grass, under the open sky, together.
How the day flows
11:00 AM — Doors open. Welcome drink, music, and one question waiting at your seat.
11:30 AM — Buffet opens.
11:45 AM — Frances opens the room with a grounding moment and launches into the conversation with Zubin.
12:15 PM — The room becomes the conversation. You're not watching a panel. You're in it.
1:15 PM — We move outside. Onto the grass, Diamond Head in the background, experiencing Realize — the social sanctuary Frances and Zubin built to practice what they preach and to invite you in. Because while we're here talking about building beautifully, Realize is the tool that helps you build a beautiful life alongside whatever you're building in the world.
