Learn The Art of Matcha | Workshop
In this calm & sensory workshop, we will explore the centuries-old art of Japanese matcha hands-on. After a welcome tea and short introduction, we will dive into the history, cultivation, and benefits of matcha, followed by a guided tasting of different cultivars and grades to understand what influences flavour and quality in matcha. Next, we will get to know the traditional tools and whisking techniques and learn step-by-step how to prepare and enjoy our own bowl of matcha, in both traditional and modern ways.
Whether you're just beginning your matcha journey or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop invites you to turn your daily cup of tea into a grounding ritual for energy, focus, and clarity.
