About the presenter:


Jacqueline Kurdziel is the founder and principal consultant at West End. She is a go-to-market strategist who partners with venture capital- and private equity-backed companies on strategic growth initiatives.

Operating at the intersection of brand and strategy, she believes that growth comes not just from a great product but from how well a company tells their story—and she's spent two decades helping brands sharpen their value narratives through strategic positioning and messaging.

She not only works with brands on shaping and sharing their stories on LinkedIn, but she's also spent the last year growing her own LinkedIn presence by more than 30x.

A former marketing and growth leader at 3x venture-backed startups that scaled to successful exits by leading brands including Northwestern Mutual, WeWork, and Seismic, Jacqueline has launched a 2025 TIME Best Invention of the Year, an Amazon best-selling book, and dozens of strategic growth initiatives that have unlocked new market opportunities and driven hundreds of millions in revenue.

Throughout her career and now with West End, she's worked with emerging and established brands—including EY, Capgemini, UBS, Dow Jones, AB-InBev and numerous high-growth startups—to craft brand narratives that command attention in competitive markets and drive measurable growth.

She holds an MBA from UVA’s Darden School of Business, a BA from Vanderbilt University, and serves as a trusted advisor to founders, CEOs, CMOs and revenue leaders who want to scale growth through elevated brand positioning and strategic storytelling.
