​Sip & Flow is a playful twist on your usual yoga class where gentle movement meets craft beers, wines, and good company. Expect an easy, feel-good flow designed for all levels, paired with sips you can enjoy before, during, or after the practice.

​This isn’t about perfect poses or serious mindfulness. It’s about loosening up, laughing when you wobble, and flowing at your own pace. Whether you’re here for the stretch, the sip, or the vibes—Sip & Flow is your sign to slow down and have fun.

• ​​​Ticket Price:

  • ​Regular: ₱1,200

    • ​​​Includes 1 (one) craft beer. wine, or soda

  • ​Premium: ₱1,650

    • ​​​Includes unli craft beer

​Reservation Fee: 50% of the total ticket amount is required to secure your slot.

• ​Outdoor yoga class (We'll be using the al fresco space at The Alley at Karrivin)

• ​Light, beginner-friendly yoga flow (No yoga experience required)

​​​Payment Instructions:

1. ​​​Click "Request to Join" and fill in your details and email on this site. After completing your registration, you will receive bank/e-wallet details for making your payment.

2. ​​​Reservation Fee: 50% of the total ticket amount is required to secure your slot.

3. ​​​Full Payment: The remaining amount must be settled upon registration on the event day.

4. ​​​Payment Confirmation: Please send a screenshot of your payment to our social media accounts for confirmation.
